| We would operate a full rental service as we shall have resident 24hr managers on site. For villas and apartments you will have your own personal letting manager. |
| Maid Service |
| A fully vetted maid service will be offered (at cost). |
| Fire Precautions |
| We would instigate fire precautions which you might not have in place at this moment in time. |
| Security |
| We would supply a fully uniformed 24 hr security force (complex) with barriers in place, and issue the relevant passes, i.e: owners, visitors, vehicle and employee. for villas and apartments what ever the individual property requires. |
| Insurance |
| We can arrange all your insurance needs. |
| Landscape |
| Full time gardeners and maintenance operatives (uniformed). |
| Emergency Repairs |
| We would have on call electricians, plumbers and AC engineers (call out cost may apply). We would also accommodate any other service which you might suggest. |
